This 21 year old woman was in great shape when I met with her for a consultation to discuss plastic surgery near Naperville. She had a very sculpted upper body appearance but felt that her smaller breasts detracted from the hard work she had put into toning her shoulders, arms and abdomen.

During her consultation, I reviewed her medical history and examined her existing breast anatomy. She was a B cup but wanted to be a D cup, which she thought would create a breast appearance that was a better compliment for the rest of her body shape and contour. Because she was under the age of 22 and this was her initial augmentation procedure, saline implants were her only choice. But she had many other choices to make based on my recommendations, including implant placement, incision placement, and implant volume.

She ended up choosing 400 cc high profile saline implants to be placed underneath the pectoral muscle. She had no complications during her surgery and her recovery went smoothly. As you can see in the "after" picture, she continues to exercise and stay in shape, and with her enhanced breast appearance, she has even more reason to look her best.
