This 21 year old woman had A cup breasts that made her feel self-conscious both in and out of clothing. As you can see, she has a very flattering figure overall but her small breasts made her upper body appear out of balance. She was considering breast enlargement in the Naperville, Illinois area and came to my office for a consultation.

Unlike most other Naperville plastic surgeons, I provide each of my cosmetic surgery patients with 2 consultations. I do this to ensure that my patients are completely informed about their procedure and have an opportunity to carefully consider their cosmetic options before making a decision.

This patient chose submuscular breast augmentation using saline breast implants. During her consultation we discussed her desire to increase her bra size to a full C or small D cup. To achieve that goal I placed 380 cc implants during surgery.

After her procedure, she had a quick and uneventful recovery. As you can see in her "after" picture, she now has a very shapely breast size and contour to compliment her trim and toned upper body appearance. She was back to her normal activies about 2 days after her procedure, and experienced only mild discomfort. She is happy with her breast implant choice and loves to be able to wear a wide range of shirts, tops, and dresses with total confidence.
