This patient decided that saline implants were best for her. During surgery, I placed the implants underneath the pectoral muscle (submuscular placement). Each implant was filled to 350 cc, a volume that took her from an A to a C cup. I used high profile implants to create the smooth, natural shape that was very important for this patient's goals.

During recovery, she required no surgical drains and no pain pumps - in fact she experienced very little discomfort overall. She is very happy with her augmentation result and enjoys the increased confidence that comes with having a shapely chest.
