This is a 20 year old woman from Palos Hills, Illinois. At 5'2" and 125 pounds, she was very fit and had nice skin tone overall. At the initial consultation, we talked about how she wanted to go from a B cup to the small D cup range. I also talked with her about how to prepare for surgery and what to expect afterwards.

While many Joliet and Naperville plastic surgeons tell their patients to expect significant discomfort and downtime following breast augmentation, I use techniques that help women get back on their feet quickly with practically no discomfort. After surgery, my patients almost never require surgical drains, pain pumps, surgical bras, or bandages or wrappings. In fact, many women are even able to go out the night of their surgery, and are ready to do all of their normal activities in just 1 to 2 days.

During this patient's surgery, I placed 420cc saline implants in the submuscular position. I used "high profile" implants to achieve her goal of enhanced cleavage and breast projection. This patient is extremely happy with her results.
