This 28 year old woman from Ottowa, Illinois is 5'5" and weighs 110 pounds. She was considering breast enlargement near Naperville, Illinois after enjoying a fuller breast appearance during her first pregnancy.

As you can see in the "before" picture, she has a very petite and thin frame, with very little existing breast tissue. This made her an excellent candidate for silicone gel implants, which look and behave more like natural breast tissue.
