This patient is a 30 year old female from Plainfield, Illinois. Shs is a mother of three and stays in great shape with regular exercise. She has three children and was wearing an A-cup pre-operatively. She desired breast enhancement to complement her figure and make finding appropriately fitting clothing easier. Her pre-operative evaluation revealed nicely shaped breasts, excellent skin tone, and no ptosis (sagging). She was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. During her visits to the Joliet, Illinois office she had the opportunity to evaluate the look of implants of differing sizes, and chose 390 cc saline implants. She underwent sub-pectoral breast augmentation using techniques that minimize tissue trauma and bleeding in an outpatient setting. There were no post-operative drains, pumps, or special garments that had to be worn. She only required Motrin and Tylenol for pain control. She followed her post-operative instructions well and had a quick recovery with no complications. She is very pleased with her new look, comfortabe with her new D cup breasts. She finds herself wearing clothing that once did not fit her upper body correctly, and has a renewed sense of self confidence.
